Grace Recovery Hub

Services

At Grace Recovery Hub, we provide a wide range of supports under the NDIS registration groups. Every service is designed to be flexible, person-centred, and empowering, delivered through our Specialist Support Worker model — which ensures you are matched with the right worker for your unique needs.

We don’t believe in “one size fits all.” Our approach ensures that services adapt to you, not the other way around, helping you build confidence, independence, and dignity.

Assistance with Daily Life

We provide respectful, one-on-one support with personal care, grooming, dressing, and everyday routines. Our focus is on maintaining dignity while building independence at your own pace.
What sets us apart is our ability to adapt support to each participant. Through our Specialist Support Worker model, you’ll be matched with someone who understands your abilities and challenges, ensuring support is always safe, comfortable, and empowering.

Home & Environment Support
A safe and supportive home is essential for wellbeing. We assist with cleaning, gardening, laundry, and household organisation, while also encouraging skill-building where possible.
At Grace Recovery Hub, we don’t just “do chores” — we work alongside participants to build independence and pride in managing their home environment. Our workers are matched to your needs and preferences, ensuring you feel comfortable, respected, and supported.

Access Community, Social & Recreational Activities

Community Access & Social Participation
Being part of the community is about more than getting out — it’s about connection, confidence, and belonging. We support participants to attend appointments, cultural events, recreational activities, and social outings that are meaningful to them.
Grace Recovery Hub leads here by personalising every activity. With the right Specialist Support Worker by your side, each experience is safe, fun, and aligned with your interests and goals.

Development of Daily Living and Life Skills

Skill Development
Building life skills is at the heart of independence. We provide support in communication, budgeting, cooking, problem-solving, and everyday decision-making.
Our Specialist Support Workers are trained to teach skills in ways that are patient, supportive, and tailored to individual learning styles. This ensures participants don’t just practice — they succeed and grow in confidence.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Recovery coaching provides personalised guidance to help people with mental health challenges build resilience, manage stress, and create healthy routines. Our coaches work closely with participants to set goals, connect with services, and build independence.
Grace Recovery Hub stands out because we don’t just provide recovery coaches — we provide specialist matches. You’ll work with someone who understands your journey and can walk alongside you with expertise and compassion.

Capacity Building

Support Coordination
Navigating the NDIS can be complex. Our support coordinators work with you to unpack your plan, connect with providers, and ensure services are effective and aligned with your goals.
We lead in support coordination because our team has expertise in both disability and mental health. We don’t just organise services — we problem-solve, advocate, and stand beside you at every step.

Group and Centre-Based Activities

At Grace Recovery Hub, we support NDIS participants to engage in meaningful social, community, and recreational experiences in a safe and inclusive environment. Our programs focus on building friendships, developing social and life skills, increasing confidence, and encouraging active community participation—while ensuring participants feel supported and enjoy their time with others.
We offer a diverse range of regularly updated, in-person activities based at our centre and within the community.
These may include music and drama groups, cooking sessions, BBQ days, walking groups, community outings such as zoo visits, movie groups, board games, and indoor recreational activities. All sessions are facilitated by experienced staff who promote inclusion, choice, and positive social engagement.

At Grace Recovery Hub, we believe choosing the right provider should mean more than just receiving care — it should mean being supported, valued, and empowered to live your life with confidence. Here’s why participants and families choose us:

Inclusive and Empowering

We welcome and celebrate diversity, ensuring our services are inclusive of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTIQ+ communities, and people of all cultures, abilities, and backgrounds.
