The Specialist Support Worker Model

At the heart of Grace Recovery Hub is our Specialist Support Worker model. This means our services adapt to you — not the other way around. Everyone’s journey is different, and we believe support should always reflect that. Whether you need daily assistance, therapeutic support, or help with more complex care, we carefully match you with the right worker whose skills and personality align with your goals.

We created this model because we know that the needs of people living with mental health conditions and those living with a disability are unique and personal. Recovery and daily living never look the same for two people. Too often, services take a “one size fits all” approach that leaves people feeling unsupported. We wanted to change that.
